Rongini.com offers regular delivery across Bangladesh and express delivery within Dhaka City.

1. Delivery Charges & Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days | ৳70 per order.
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days | ৳130 per order.
  • Express Delivery (Dhaka City only): ৳100 per order. Delivery time must be confirmed before ordering.

Delivery estimates may vary due to location, courier availability, holidays, product type, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Express delivery is subject to availability.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed after the required details and any necessary verification are completed. Public holidays and high-demand periods may cause delays. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may cause delays or extra charges. Tracking details will be shared when available from the courier.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please report damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos where possible. Contact us before returning any item. Eligible requests are handled under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
