Returns or refunds are considered only for products received damaged or different from what was ordered. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Keep the product and original packaging until we provide instructions. All requests are subject to review and approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, customer selection errors, or products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use. Late or ineligible requests may not be approved.
